Veeva Systems, a $3B+ public benefit corporation and industry cloud pioneer in life sciences, is seeking a Product Expert for Clinical Operations to drive customer success across Europe. This role bridges product and customers, requiring deep clinical trials domain expertise to evangelize Veeva's Clinical Operations product suite and accelerate adoption. You will build and nurture engaged user communities through forums, webinars, and industry events, serving as the voice of the customer to inform product decisions. Key responsibilities include: acting as product evangelist and subject matter expert for Clinical Operations tools (CTMS, eTMF, study startup); staying current with product features, strategy, and roadmap; providing product education via customer meetings and Veeva Connect online communities; gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to feed into release planning; collaborating with Product, Services, Sales, and Support teams; and representing Veeva at customer meetings and industry conferences. You'll translate complex product vision and technical specifications into language relevant for end users and business stakeholders, from clinical operations teams to IT departments to C-suite executives. A particular focus is helping customers navigate AI-driven transformation in clinical operations—understanding how AI features solve real-world workflow and efficiency challenges. Required: 5+ years in Clinical Operations (Clinical Trials) space, typically in Product Management, Consulting, or Professional Services/Implementation roles with hands-on experience of CTMS, eTMF, or study startup software and processes. Experience presenting to diverse stakeholder groups (in-person and remote, including software demos). Excellent analytical and English communication skills (written, verbal, formal presentations). Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI, with ability to quickly grasp and articulate how AI-driven features solve clinical operations problems. Self-directed, positive team player willing to travel up to 25%. Must be based in Europe with ability to work across time zones.
