Salary: GBP 100,000 - 108,000 / annual
Zone & Co is an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for organizations running on Oracle NetSuite. The company serves over 4,500 customers worldwide and enables finance teams to automate and scale financial workflows across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report.
As Director of Procure-to-Pay Product Suite, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for defining, building, and scaling this flagship product area. You will set the vision and drive innovation for the Procure-to-Pay suite, leading a high-performing team of product managers to deliver transformative solutions for global businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and communicate a bold, actionable product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite, aligned with Zone & Co's business goals and market opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus
- Own and scale the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows that drive measurable customer value
- Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions and prioritization
- Champion design excellence by delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions that differentiate offerings
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align vision and execution from ideation to launch
- Serve as a visible product leader, representing the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer conversations, internal forums, and industry events

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in product management with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows, including day-to-day needs of AP teams and strategic priorities of CFOs
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market
- Strong ownership and initiative, with ability to drive outcomes end-to-end, act proactively, and identify/address challenges early
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment, adapt quickly, and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights
- Strong commercial judgment, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities
- Proven experience leading and developing product teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills
