Platform Science is an open IoT platform founded in 2015 that connects fleets, app developers, vehicle manufacturers, and equipment suppliers in the transportation sector to deliver innovative solutions to supply chain professionals worldwide.
You will join a multidisciplinary team (Product, Data, and Engineering) focused on building user-centered solutions. Your mission includes:
**Vision & Strategy:** Support product strategy execution, ensuring user needs are central to every decision.
**AI-Augmented Design:** Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate solution exploration, hypothesis testing, and prototype generation.
**Research & Validation:** Conduct user research and experiments to identify personas, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
**Technical Handoff & Collaboration:** Work closely with the engineering team using component systems (e.g., ShadCN, Tailwind) to ensure designs are technically viable and ready for AI-assisted implementation.
**Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Build bridges across product, data, marketing, and engineering teams, leading workshops to influence user-centered decisions.
**Results Orientation:** Balance design effort and intensity based on potential impact to product success metrics.

**Requirements:**
- Experience with experimentation, testing, prototyping, and design tools
- Expertise in facilitating dynamics (brainstorms, Design Sprints, Design Thinking) and executing research to support product strategy
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to learn and quickly integrate new AI tools into daily workflow, automating repetitive tasks and focusing on creative problem-solving
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, components, design tokens) sufficient to dialogue with engineering and validate AI-generated prototype feasibility
- Degree in Design or IT; postgraduate studies or complementary courses in Design or Product Management are a plus
- Advanced English is a plus for collaboration with global teams
- Prior experience in mobility, logistics, or transportation products is a plus
