Lattica is building the first scalable, decentralized lending and leverage platform for prediction markets, with a mission to turn prediction markets into the largest asset class globally. As Product Designer, you'll own the complete desktop and mobile UI/UX experience for this novel financial system.
You'll work directly with founders in a ground-floor opportunity with significant autonomy and minimal micromanagement. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning all aspects of Lattica's desktop and mobile design
- Using the product extensively to deeply understand user needs
- Conducting regular trader interviews and translating insights into product roadmap decisions
- Maintaining high design standards and holding the engineering team accountable to your vision
- Staying current with both prediction market trends and best-in-class trading/financial interface design patterns
- Shipping iteratively rather than over-planning
You're a strong fit if you obsess over details, genuinely enjoy talking to users, prefer shipping and iterating, and have experience with or belief in prediction markets. Bonus points for frontend coding ability and willingness to relocate to Philadelphia.
