The company serves nearly 1,200 brands across 50+ countries, helping organizations activate customer data, design cross-channel experiences, and optimize engagement with enterprise-grade security. You will join the Experimentation & Attribution team as a Product Designer, working on tools that help marketers understand performance and optimize messaging for millions of recipients. Your focus will be on designing features for campaign and journey experiments, as well as AI agents powering automated orchestration. Key responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers throughout the full project lifecycle. You'll also provide feedback to the design team, maintaining quality standards. Required qualifications: 3+ years of product design experience across the full software development lifecycle. You should have led design projects from concept through launch, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Strong visual design sensibilities are essential, with a passion for creating consumer-grade enterprise products. You need systems thinking ability—from broad strategy to component-specific UI design—and empathy for customers, engineers, and stakeholders. Bonus experience includes work in fast-paced environments, designing experimentation or analytics workflows, familiarity with marketing automation software (email, push, SMS), B2B SaaS background, and hands-on prototyping with AI and code.
