Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences. You will lead the evolution of Fever's design system into a robust, scalable, and future-proof foundation that supports product velocity, consistency, accessibility, and multi-brand flexibility. As the key bridge between Design, Engineering, and Product, you'll drive a cross-functional initiative to unify product design standards and tooling across platforms, devices, and partners. Key responsibilities include: Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the design system roadmap across web, mobile, and other platforms. Lead cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and brand design teams to ensure adoption and consistency. Champion the design system as a strategic foundation for product scalability, multi-brand flexibility, and organizational alignment. Execution & Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of the design system—audit, define, build, document, and maintain. Define and implement design tokens, theming architecture, and multi-brand support (white-labeling). Ensure compatibility with future headless and decoupled product architectures. Establish and refine component libraries using modern tools like Figma and Storybook. Integrate accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization standards into core design principles. Partner with engineers to bring scalable, reusable components into the codebase. Documentation & Enablement: Create clear, actionable documentation and governance guidelines to empower designers and developers. Train teams on using, extending, and contributing to the design system. Develop internal education strategies through workshops, hands-on sessions, and resources to foster design system literacy. Required qualifications: Proven track record scaling a design system in a high-growth environment. Experience with design token architecture, multi-brand theming, and accessibility standards. Fluency with Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight, and component-based frontend frameworks (Svelte, SwiftUI, Compose). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-have: Experience with white-label product environments and product internationalization. The role offers an attractive compensation package with base salary and performance bonus potential, stock options, significant impact in a high-growth global company, 40% discount on Fever events, and home office flexibility.
