You will own product marketing and content creation to sharpen Intellect's competitive positioning and help buyers understand the value of our solutions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role spanning digital products, care services, and enterprise solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Marketing & Go-to-Market:** Build buyer and competitive insight through customer conversations and sales feedback. Own positioning, differentiation, and value propositions across solutions, tailored to priority buyer segments. Lead marketing planning for solution launches, defining target audiences, messaging, and sales readiness.
**Commercial Content & Sales Enablement:** Research, write, and edit sales decks, solution materials, customer stories, case studies, and campaign content. Develop messaging and objection-handling resources. Partner with the Clinical team to translate research and outcomes into credible evidence supporting buyer evaluation and renewal conversations.
**Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility:** Own core website content and CMS updates. Improve organic discovery through search-informed content and on-page SEO. Test approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search platforms. Use performance data to prioritize improvements.
**Brand Communications, Thought Leadership & PR:** Maintain consistent voice across public and client-facing communications. Collaborate on research-led content and white papers. Develop thought leadership and executive content. Own editorial calendar for organic social and brand communications. Manage company announcements, press materials, and media inquiries.
**Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Communications:** Plan and execute client programs including onboarding, newsletters, solution education, and engagement journeys. Manage email distribution and CRM workflows. Develop communications demonstrating ongoing value and supporting renewal and expansion.
**Planning & Effectiveness:** Translate business priorities into focused plans. Assess effectiveness through sales adoption, buyer feedback, search visibility, and customer engagement. Build reusable assets and workflows using AI tools.
**Requirements:**
- Strong product-marketing judgment with demonstrated ability to shape positioning and go-to-market approaches using buyer insight
- Excellent hands-on writer and editor; ability to turn complex products into clear, persuasive content with work samples
- Commercial mindset; understanding of how enterprise buyers evaluate solutions
- Independent owner who identifies gaps, proposes priorities, and delivers without needing every step prescribed
- Comfortable with website publishing, CMS management, on-page SEO fundamentals, and data-driven performance improvement
- Ability to execute customer marketing using CRM and email tools for segmentation and lifecycle workflows
- Confident working with experts and evidence; comfortable learning complex subject matter (clinical background not required)
- Organized and collaborative; effective working with commercial, product, clinical, and creative teams
