This role manages the complete lifecycle of procurement contracts from award through closeout, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic sourcing for nuclear deployment projects. Key Responsibilities: Contract Administration: Administer procurement contracts and purchase orders end-to-end. Ensure purchased materials, equipment, and services meet all procurement document requirements. Manage contract modifications, change orders, and scope adjustments. Track and document contract deliverables, milestones, and compliance requirements. Support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation against contract terms. Procurement Document Control: Prepare and review procurement documents to ensure technical and quality requirements are clearly defined. Verify procurement documents invoke applicable codes, standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements, including 10 CFR Part 21. Track vendor performance and delivery metrics to support sourcing and renewal decisions.
