Revolut is seeking an experienced Private Banking Manager to lead a high-performing team of Private Bankers while maintaining a personal client portfolio. This is a player-coach role combining team leadership with direct client relationship management. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a pod of Private Bankers, driving net new money (NNM) growth and quarterly KPI performance - Coaching team members through joint client meetings, deal reviews, and structured feedback - Conducting weekly 1:1s, monthly pipeline reviews, and quarterly performance cycles - Building professional development plans and supporting recruitment to maintain team capacity - Overseeing transparent lead allocation processes across the pod - Monitoring quality control metrics, ensuring KYC and AML compliance, and pre-approving high-risk cases - Maintaining data quality standards including same-day CRM updates and timely suitability reviews - Managing a lean personal client book with focus on onboarding and portfolio strategy - Setting pod strategies aligned with annual NNM and AUM growth targets - Feeding client and market insights into lead generation, product roadmap, and commercial strategy Required qualifications: - 7+ years in private banking, wealth management, or senior financial advisory roles with HNW client responsibility - Proven track record managing and growing a high-value personal client book while leading or managing a team - CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), or CFA Level I plus IMC Level 4 - Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or managing junior advisers - Ability to set commercial strategy, perform financial analysis, and drive NNM growth - Strong commitment to developing others with structured coaching capability - In-depth FCA regulatory knowledge, suitability obligations, and conduct standards - Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted client relationships - CRM discipline and process adherence in commercial environments - Fluent English Desirable: CFA/CAIA credentials, familiarity with LTAFs and private markets fund structures, multilingual abilities.
