Revolut is seeking an Italian-speaking Private Banker to build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals globally. In this hybrid role based in London, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding clients through their complete customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include onboarding high-net-worth clients and providing comprehensive financial guidance tailored to their unique situations. You will identify client requirements and communicate the value of Revolut's private banking services using a solutions-based advisory approach. A significant part of the role involves driving growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring clients leverage the full suite of relevant features available to them.
You will conduct regular portfolio reviews, recommend optimizations to meet evolving financial goals, and meet relationship management targets aligned with team objectives. This is a client-facing advisory role requiring deep expertise in Revolut's wealth management and financial services offerings.
Required qualifications include fluency in English and Italian, 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or similar financial advisory roles, and either a CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4. You must have a proven track record managing multiple high-value client relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
Desirable experience includes relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, or equivalent), familiarity with high-net-worth client relationship management software, and financial modelling tools. The ideal candidate is client-focused, commercially astute, demonstrates solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, and maintains the highest compliance standards.
