Revolut is seeking an Italian-speaking Private Banker to build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals globally. In this hybrid role based in London, you will own your market segments and serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding clients through their complete financial journey.
Key responsibilities include onboarding high-net-worth clients and managing them throughout their lifecycle with Revolut. You'll identify client needs and present tailored solutions across Revolut's suite of private banking services, including deposits, savings, and investments. A significant portion of your role involves driving growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring clients fully leverage available features.
You'll conduct regular portfolio reviews, provide comprehensive financial advice aligned with each client's unique situation, and recommend optimizations to meet evolving financial goals. You'll also meet relationship management targets and work toward team objectives.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles. You must hold either a CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record managing multiple high-value client relationships, and strong analytical capabilities for financial analysis. Commercial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and a client-focused mindset are critical. Experience with HNW client relationship management software and financial modeling tools is a plus, as are additional certifications like CFA or CAIA.
