Revolut is seeking a French-speaking Private Banker to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and serve as a trusted financial advisor. The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and wealth advisory within Revolut's growing private banking division.
Key responsibilities include onboarding and managing high-net-worth clients throughout their lifecycle, identifying their financial needs, and recommending tailored solutions across Revolut's suite of products (deposits, savings, investments, wealth management). You will conduct portfolio reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, and provide comprehensive financial advice aligned with each client's unique situation and goals. The role requires meeting relationship management targets and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence.
Required qualifications: fluency in English and French, 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles, and either a CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4. You must have a proven track record managing multiple high-value client relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Additional competencies include analytical capability for financial analysis, commercial acumen to understand client financial potential, creativity in using market insights to anticipate client needs, and subject-matter expertise in wealth management and financial advisory services. Nice-to-have qualifications include CAIA certification and familiarity with high-net-worth client relationship management software and financial modelling tools.
