Revolut is seeking a French-speaking Private Banker to build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals globally. In this hybrid role based in London, you will own your market segments, prospecting through activation, and serve as a trusted financial advisor. Key responsibilities include onboarding high-net-worth clients and guiding them through their entire customer lifecycle with Revolut's private banking services. You'll identify client requirements and communicate tailored solutions using a solutions-based advisory approach. You'll drive growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients leverage the full suite of relevant features including deposits, savings, and investments. You'll provide comprehensive financial advice tailored to each client's unique situation, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and recommend optimizations to meet evolving financial goals. You'll meet and exceed relationship management targets aligned with team goals. Required qualifications include fluency in English and French, 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or similar financial advisory roles, and either a CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4. You'll need a proven track record managing multiple high-value client relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and deep subject-matter expertise in Revolut's wealth management services. You should have an analytical mindset for thorough financial analysis, creativity to use market insights, client-focused patience with complex financial decisions, commercial acumen to understand financial potential, and solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Nice-to-have qualifications include CFA, CAIA, or equivalent certifications, and experience with high-net-worth client relationship management software and financial modeling tools.
