Snowflake is seeking a Principal Services Solution Manager to lead professional services strategy and execution across the West Coast region (Pacific/Mountain timezones). This is a fully remote role reporting to a Consulting Practice Director within the Americas Professional Services organization.
You will own the complete professional services lifecycle for assigned key accounts, from deal strategy and proposal creation through project delivery and forecasting. Your responsibilities include spearheading services sales execution, engaging C-level executives to develop and execute services roadmaps, and leading high-performing delivery teams. You'll be the primary point of contact for professional services across your accounts, responsible for both driving services sales enablement and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key accountabilities include: achieving quarterly bookings targets for Professional Services and Training; managing utilization targets through active project oversight; driving consumption progress at assigned accounts; developing scopes and statements of work for customer engagements; collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams (sales, legal, deal desk, account teams, partners); managing project financials and revenue forecasting; maintaining high customer satisfaction scores; and serving as the escalation point for customer and project issues.
You will work closely with Sales District Managers, Account Executives, and other delivery partners (SIs, GSIs) to identify opportunities, scope services, and deliver transformational outcomes. The role requires deep expertise in cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions, with a focus on helping clients unlock data value and drive digital transformation.
