Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for its Foundation AI products—a suite of generative AI tools that enable millions of creators to build 3D objects, environments, and interactive worlds from text, image, video, and 3D asset inputs. This is a high-visibility role embedded with the Foundation AI product and engineering teams, responsible for defining how Roblox communicates the future of AI-powered creation to its creator community.
You will own positioning and messaging for Foundation AI products, translating technical capabilities into narratives that resonate with creators. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and articulating Roblox's unique positioning in the AI-native creation space, staying ahead of the broader AI landscape
- Building hands-on product familiarity by actively using the tools you market
- Creating a coherent narrative arc across rapid product launches, helping creators understand both current capabilities and the product roadmap
- Driving cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, communications, legal, developer relations, and creative teams
- Closing the feedback loop between market signals and product roadmap decisions
- Driving sustained adoption and education beyond launch, turning features into creator habits
- Moving quickly while maintaining stakeholder alignment
This role reports to the Director of Creator Product Marketing and is based in San Mateo on a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; optional Monday and Friday).
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth technology company, with demonstrated track record in developer tools, AI products, or technical platforms
- Genuine curiosity about AI; you follow the space, have informed opinions, and are comfortable experimenting with and explaining AI concepts without oversimplifying
- Strong narrative instinct; ability to extract the core insight from dense technical briefings and make complex work legible and compelling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with range to adapt voice for developer communities, executives, and creative briefs
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and quarterback go-to-market initiatives across multiple teams
- Deep empathy for creators and collaborative nature; ability to build trust with engineering and product partners
