Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Veeam DataAI Privacy, a core component of the DataAI Command Platform. DataAI Privacy helps organizations automate privacy obligations across global data and AI regulations, reducing complexity through data context and automated controls.
In this senior role, you will own positioning, messaging, product launches, campaign content, and sales enablement for DataAI Privacy in a fast-moving, competitive market. You'll be a hands-on expert who translates market, regulatory, and competitive insights into compelling stories, content, and enablement that drive pipeline and win rate.
Key responsibilities include: setting positioning and messaging aligned to Veeam's broader data resilience and AI trust narrative; owning competitive positioning and win themes through battle cards and win/loss analysis; translating evolving global privacy and AI regulations into customer-facing messaging and seller enablement; leading end-to-end product launches across product, sales, and marketing teams; building messaging and content assets for demand generation and field marketing campaigns; creating sales plays, training, and partner-ready materials; serving as the public face and speaker for DataAI Privacy at industry events and customer conversations; contributing to analyst briefings; feeding voice-of-customer and market trends into product management; and measuring program impact on pipeline and win rate.
You bring 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data privacy. You have deep familiarity with the data privacy and compliance landscape, including products, competitors, and global regulations. You excel at positioning, messaging, and content craft across executive narratives, launches, and sales enablement, with a proven track record of differentiating products in competitive markets. Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with analytical abilities to turn market and performance data into decisions. You influence effectively across product, sales, and marketing leadership.
