Parloa is building agentic AI that powers customer conversations at enterprise scale, having already processed over one billion interactions for global brands like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, and SAP. As Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be a primary architect of how Global 2000 companies rethink their customer experience infrastructure, defining the new standard for human-AI interaction in enterprise settings. You will own product marketing strategy and execution across multiple dimensions: developing go-to-market strategies for 7-figure enterprise deals, defining Parloa's market positioning and narrative around agentic customer experience, and establishing thought leadership on AI agents and AI agent platforms. Your responsibilities include leading product marketing efforts that support commercial teams, developing compelling content and sales enablement materials, architecting value frameworks and ROI narratives tailored to enterprise buyers, and driving ecosystem go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales and partnership teams. Key areas of ownership include owning the evolution of Parloa's ideal customer profile (ICP), collaborating with competitive intelligence to infuse differentiators into use cases and proof points, amplifying thought leadership through content creation and speaking engagements, and leading strategic cross-functional initiatives that support 3X revenue growth. You will be the expert resource for sales enablement, executive event participation, and high-stakes deal cycles. You bring 8+ years of product marketing experience or 10+ years in related B2B roles (sales enablement, direct marketing) with a deep PMM playbook. You have a proven track record supporting enterprise sales teams with storylines, collateral, and deal support. You are comfortable presenting to audiences on webinars, at events, and in training settings. You combine strategic thinking—crafting narratives with executive stakeholders—with tactical execution, including creating visually compelling sales collateral. You operate with an owner's mindset, think strategically, communicate with confidence and authority, and collaborate seamlessly across departments and time zones.
