MinIO is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for AIStor, the company's flagship data foundation product for enterprise AI. AIStor provides durable object and table storage optimized for AI and analytics workloads at scale, and is trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100. In this role, you will be the primary architect of AIStor's market narrative, translating complex technical capabilities into differentiated positioning that resonates with technical buyers and business decision makers. You will establish and maintain AIStor's positioning as primary AI storage—never as cold storage or archive—and ensure consistency across all customer-facing surfaces including web, sales collateral, analyst relations, and partner channels. Key responsibilities include: developing technically grounded messaging that differentiates AIStor on performance, scale, simplicity, and standards-based architecture; driving go-to-market execution for product launches and major feature releases; building solutions content for specific use cases (AI training data lakes, large-scale analytics, multimodal pipelines, inference serving); owning the competitive program with battlecards and talk tracks; creating field enablement materials for sales engineers and account teams; and producing the core AIStor content library including reference architectures, solution briefs, and datasheets. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Alliances, and Communications to define what AIStor is, who it serves, and why it wins in the market. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical fluency in AI infrastructure and data platforms, combined with proven product marketing execution at scale. Required qualifications: 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, storage, or technical infrastructure products. Strong technical acumen across modern AI infrastructure, data platforms, and the storage/analytics stack. Proven ability to execute high-stakes product launches with cross-functional coordination. Experience marketing technical products against defined competitive sets. Familiarity with S3-compatible storage, object storage, AI data pipelines, and table/lakehouse formats. Background in technical roles (engineering, solutions architecture, pre-sales, or developer relations) is preferred.
