Nvelop Technologies is a two-year-old AI-native sourcing advisory startup building a proprietary platform that automates labor-intensive sourcing work—market scans, requirements development, RFP creation, response analysis, and evaluation—while freeing advisors and clients to focus on high-impact activities: sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation.
You will own complex, transformative IT and digital sourcing engagements end-to-end. Your responsibilities include leading sourcing strategy, driving stakeholder alignment, managing priorities and risk allocation, and leading negotiations with senior procurement stakeholders. You'll work closely with the product team to shape the platform around the needs of experienced sourcing professionals, and you'll leverage leading AI tools as part of your sourcing delivery.
This is a Principal-level role in a 12-person team where early hires directly shape both the firm's direction and the platform's evolution. You'll be at the intersection of deep sourcing expertise and AI-native delivery models.
Required qualifications: 10+ years in sourcing, IT procurement, or digital category management; credibility with CIOs and senior stakeholders; genuine willingness to help build a new AI-powered model for sourcing advisory.
