The Principal HR Business Partner (PHRBP) is a strategic HR leader responsible for partnering with senior business unit executives and managers to shape and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor on all people-related matters including disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, talent development, compensation, benefits, and leave administration. You will manage complex employee relations investigations independently and in partnership with senior HR leadership, driving organizational structure alignment and executing wide-ranging programs using change management principles.
Key responsibilities include: advising business unit leaders on HR strategy and execution; managing talent management initiatives including goal development, performance reviews, succession planning, and performance improvement plans; analyzing internal and external HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies; leading DE&I, talent management, performance management, and employee relations programs; conducting training and development programs; administering HR policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and HIPAA requirements; and providing insights on local market people practices.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously with strong organizational and analytical capabilities. The role requires exceptional communication skills, comfort with difficult conversations, and the ability to adapt messaging across all organizational levels. You will maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate sound business acumen in interpreting KPIs and measuring program effectiveness.
