Hims & Hers, a leading public health and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership as the company scales. This is a highly strategic role requiring both exceptional HR expertise and strong business acumen. In this position, you will develop deep understanding of the company's business, operating model, and leadership priorities, translating that into organizational strategies that enable faster execution and effective scaling. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape organizational decisions and how leaders think about organization, leadership, and talent. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on business strategy through organization design, leadership development, and talent strategy - Leading organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts for the next stage of growth - Partnering with leaders to design organizations that create clear ownership, accelerate decision-making, and enable team scaling - Coaching senior leaders through organizational change, leadership transitions, and performance challenges - Providing clear, well-reasoned perspectives on complex organizational decisions - Identifying emerging organizational risks and opportunities by connecting patterns across the business - Building practical, scalable approaches that improve leadership effectiveness and organizational operations - Partnering with Recruiting, Compensation, Employment Legal, and HR Operations to ensure integrated People strategies - Raising the standard for HR partnership across the organization - Mastering and interpreting People programs to provide authoritative guidance You bring 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP partnership in operational or complex environments. You have demonstrated success in organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy. You possess strong business acumen, proven ability to influence executive leaders, and experience navigating organizational growth and transformation. You have excellent executive presence, a builder's mindset, and can move seamlessly between long-term strategy and hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
