Behavox is a data operating platform company that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate their data for risk management, compliance, revenue maximization, and business growth. The platform uses AI/ML to aggregate, analyze, and act on enterprise data across all business functions.
As Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as the London office site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, reporting to the Head of HR. This is a hands-on senior role in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead talent strategy execution and alignment with business priorities across all UK functions
- Serve as primary HR advisor to London leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning as the business evolves
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations matters
- Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global HR frameworks
- Build scalable people practices that fuel high performance, agility, and collaboration
You will bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in high-growth tech (AI, SaaS, or deep tech). You need deep business acumen, a track record of supporting organizations through rapid growth and change, in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent judgment in managing complex employee matters. Strong cross-functional influence, advisory capability, and partnership skills are essential. You should demonstrate genuine interest in Behavox's mission, market, and technology.
