As Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as the London office site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, reporting to the Head of HR. This is a hands-on senior role focused on driving people programs that fuel high performance, agility, and collaboration across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the London office site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, working cross-functionally with leadership across all functions to execute and align talent strategies with business priorities
- Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters and employment law compliance
- Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK, ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks while localizing for compliance, cultural relevance, and effectiveness
- Influence and advise business leaders on talent and organizational challenges
You will bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS, or deep tech). You have deep business acumen and a proven track record supporting organizations through rapid growth and change. You possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks, excellent judgment in managing complex employee matters, and strong cross-functional influence and partnership skills. You are passionate about building scalable people practices and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
