OneTrust is seeking a Principal Field Enablement Manager to lead sales enablement strategy and execution for the Global Commercial Business Unit and Enterprise Customer Success teams. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, product marketing, and organizational development, responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that keep enterprise sales representatives competitive and effective as products and markets evolve.
Key responsibilities include: designing and delivering continued educational programs for commercial and renewals account executives; strategizing on key initiatives alongside Global Sales Strategy and Senior Sales Leadership; liaising with Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to build and deliver enablement content; gathering and relaying feedback to continuously refine enablement strategy; leveraging enablement data to identify knowledge and skill gaps; developing programs for soft skill development; designing quarterly enablement calendars for live and self-led training; ensuring effective launch and assessment of corporate initiatives; and collaborating with senior leaders on driving outcomes through monthly data reviews.
The ideal candidate is a cross-functional strategic team leader with a bias toward action, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to build and deliver playbooks and trainings. Required qualifications include: minimum 5 years in SaaS, minimum 3 years in a quota-carrying sales position, minimum 3 years in sales enablement, certification in or experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sale), proficiency in Salesforce, and proof of delivery of sales training programs or playbooks. The role requires willingness to travel and dynamic responsiveness to changing business needs. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic enablement design and execution rather than people management.
