Wealth.com is an AI-powered estate and tax planning platform trusted by major financial institutions to modernize wealth management guidance delivery. As Principal Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a strategic portfolio of complex enterprise relationships with direct accountability for retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, developing deep multi-threaded relationships across client organizations from day-to-day champions to C-suite executives and economic buyers. Your responsibilities include building and executing strategic account plans that identify client priorities, whitespace, key stakeholders, and clear paths to revenue growth. You will proactively identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities by connecting client needs to Wealth.com's broader platform and solutions.
Key responsibilities include owning renewal and commercial conversations around pricing, negotiation, procurement, and contracting; leading executive business reviews that demonstrate measurable value; maintaining strong command of account health, adoption, engagement, and organizational dynamics; and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts with clear visibility into expansion opportunities and risks. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Compliance, and leadership to mobilize resources around strategic opportunities.
You will represent the voice of the company's largest clients internally, translating client and market insights into product and commercial strategy improvements. You will identify repeatable strategies and best practices that strengthen enterprise retention and expansion across the organization, and serve as a positive leader within the Account Management team by sharing best practices and helping teammates grow.
The ideal candidate combines strong executive presence and relationship management with sharp commercial instincts, knows how to navigate complex organizations, build relationships across multiple levels, uncover opportunities, and create urgency. You should be able to quickly establish credibility with sophisticated enterprise clients, independently own a portfolio while protecting existing revenue, build a healthy expansion pipeline, and consistently deliver against commercial targets.
