Buynomics is an AI-powered platform that answers the critical commercial question: "What will customers buy?" Using Virtual Customer technology and large-scale simulation, the company helps multinational corporations make data-driven decisions on pricing, product offers, promotions, and trade terms—replacing gut-driven choices and outdated tools.
As Principal Customer Value Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with multinational enterprise clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor and champion for product adoption. Your core responsibilities include building and nurturing a portfolio of high-value client relationships, driving adoption of the Buynomics platform across customer organizations, and enabling data-driven decision-making that generates measurable business impact.
You will develop and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to expand product usage across departments and business units. This includes conducting onboarding sessions, training workshops, and strategic advisory sessions that empower clients with best practices for revenue growth optimization. You'll identify emerging client needs and collaborate with internal teams—Solution Engineering, Sales, and Product—to prioritize and deliver impactful enhancements.
A key aspect of the role is team leadership: you will lead and coordinate Customer Value Specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent client experience. You'll work cross-functionally on data-driven initiatives and partner with sales teams on expansion opportunities.
Required qualifications include at least 5 years in revenue growth management (RGM), consulting, or similar high-performance environments. You need strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with quantitative data fluency, and hands-on experience with AI tools. A degree in business, economics, or related field is expected. Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are valued. You should demonstrate a customer-first mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving orientation.
The company offers flexible work arrangements (remote within Germany with occasional office visits to Cologne HQ or Barcelona, or hybrid Cologne-based setup), professional development budget, language classes, Urban Sports Club membership, and Deutschlandticket. Buynomics is a Series B AI company with an international, diverse team culture.
