Buynomics is an AI-powered platform that answers the critical commercial question: "What will customers buy?" Using Virtual Customer technology and large-scale simulation, the company helps multinational corporations make data-driven decisions on pricing, product offers, promotions, and trade terms—replacing gut-driven choices and outdated tools.
As Principal Customer Value Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with multinational enterprise clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor and champion for product adoption. Your core responsibilities include building and nurturing a portfolio of high-value client relationships, driving adoption of the Buynomics platform across customer organizations, and enabling data-driven decision-making that delivers measurable business impact.
You will own customer success by conducting onboarding sessions, training workshops, and strategic advisory sessions that empower clients to optimize revenue and commercial strategies. You'll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across departments and business units, collaborating with internal teams (Solution Engineering, Sales, Product) to expand product usage and influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs.
A key aspect of the role is leading and coordinating a team of Customer Value Specialists, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistent customer experience. You'll act as the voice of the customer internally, translating client feedback into product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in revenue growth management (RGM), management consulting, or similar high-performance environments. You combine strong quantitative skills (Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with AI tools is required. You're customer-obsessed, proactive, and thrive in dynamic, international settings. A degree in business, economics, or related field is expected. Fluency in English is essential; additional European language skills are valued.
