Salary: PLN 242,950 - 364,426 / annual
Precision Medicine Group, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization, is hiring a Principal Benefits Partner to manage international employee benefits programs. This role is based remotely and serves the organization's operations across Hungary, Poland, and Turkey.
You will own the execution and administration of PMG's international benefit plans and programs, conducting analysis and interpretation of benefits offerings across regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all international benefit plan design, benchmarking, and administration
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market-competitive benefits
- Conduct benefit plan benchmarking analysis across different countries
- Manage broker relationships and vendor negotiations
- Develop and deliver messaging to support compensation and benefits programs for leadership and employees
- Navigate multi-country payroll, labor law, and process differences
You bring 12+ years of compensation and benefits experience in international organizations, with deep expertise in managing benefits across multiple countries. You understand payroll processes, labor law variations, and can communicate complex benefits strategies effectively. Strong English communication is essential, and you're comfortable working across different regulatory environments.
