Salary: USD 158,000 - 210,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a Principal Analyst Relations Manager to lead and scale the global Analyst Relations program. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with Product Management and Product Marketing to shape how industry analysts understand Datadog's observability and AI platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the global analyst relations strategy across Datadog's product portfolio; building and maintaining trusted relationships with key analysts at firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC; crafting differentiated narratives that align with market trends and Datadog's positioning; leading analyst evaluations and research cycles with high-quality submissions; preparing senior executives for analyst briefings with structured messaging and materials; and synthesizing analyst insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and go-to-market alignment. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and executive leadership, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives while bringing market intelligence back into the organization to inform strategy. The role offers strong visibility across senior leadership and requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. Required qualifications: 8+ years in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or related technology industry roles; proven experience building and scaling analyst engagement programs tied to business outcomes; strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex technical concepts; executive presence and experience advising senior leaders in high-visibility external engagements; strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
