Zscaler is seeking a Principal AI Security Specialist to serve as a premier technical authority bridging AI innovation and enterprise security. This is a strategic, field-facing role combining solutions engineering expertise with deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, and data protection.
You will partner with Fortune 500 executives and architects as a trusted advisor, helping them securely adopt AI without compromising data or infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: architecting AI technical strategy and owning complex, high-value sales opportunities from discovery to close; delivering compelling, outcome-driven demonstrations and proofs-of-concept tailored to both technical practitioners and C-level executives; serving as the field authority on modern AI patterns (RAG, agents, prompt workflows) and advising clients on preventing data exposure and unsanctioned AI usage; collaborating with Product and Engineering to inject customer feedback into the roadmap; and developing reusable demo assets, competitive positioning, and enablement content to scale the global sales force.
