Salary: EUR 88,000 - 100,000 / annual
Monta powers the EV charging ecosystem with a platform serving 300,000+ monthly users and millions of charge sessions. The company is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to serve as the technical reference during the presales phase, providing deep product expertise on implementation and integration of Monta's solutions with customer systems.
In this role, you will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing features and benefits while building strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You'll provide technical expertise and guidance during scoping, solution design, and proposal development to help close new business opportunities. You'll participate in bid processes with the Bid Management team to ensure Monta's value propositions are properly captured.
A key responsibility is leading the technical design, development, and execution of data migration projects for large enterprise customers migrating to the SaaS platform, ensuring seamless and efficient data transfer from external systems. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including use case analysis, solution architecture diagrams, and migration plans to ensure clarity throughout the project lifecycle and smooth handoff to post-sales teams.
You'll stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to effectively position the solution in the market. The role requires managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously with strong prioritization and a structured, customer-focused delivery approach.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in Solution Architecture, Presales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related technical roles in B2B environments. You must be fluent in French or German with proficient English. Hands-on experience with integration technologies (RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues, webhooks), coding/scripting background, and strong SQL/data manipulation skills are essential. Experience with large enterprise customers and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences are critical. Willingness to travel up to 30 days annually is required. Experience integrating AI workflows into product, engineering, or operational processes is valued.
