BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics. This Account Support Representative role is a field sales position based in Southern California, reporting to a Regional Manager - Prenatal.
You will drive market adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen, the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen, by building relationships with OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, genetic counselors, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers across your territory.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting and developing new business relationships with key opinion leaders; managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing; creating and executing strategic business plans to grow utilization in your geography; attending industry conferences and networking events; and delivering clinical information to both external clients and internal teams. You will have significant influence over how the test is communicated to physicians and patients, and how the product evolves to meet market needs.
Required qualifications: minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on providers; demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation, listening, and consultative selling skills; excellent organizational and communication abilities; effective time management and prioritization; self-motivation and results orientation; working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy; and alignment with BillionToOne's mission and professional standards.
Nice-to-haves include startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or an existing book of business to convert.
