BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company (Nasdaq) focused on transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics through precision medicine. The Prenatal Account Executive role is a field sales position based in Salt Lake City, covering North Utah territory.
You will drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen—the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen—by building relationships with OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, genetic counselors, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. This is a direct sales role with significant influence over how the product is positioned to physicians and patients, and how it evolves based on market feedback.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business, managing the full sales lifecycle, identifying key opinion leaders and commercial opportunities, creating and executing regional growth strategies, attending industry conferences and tradeshows, and delivering clinical information to both external clients and internal teams. You will report to a Regional Manager - Prenatal and work independently to drive utilization and market development in your geography.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on providers. You should have a demonstrated track record of closing deals, strong presentation and listening skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to think strategically while executing tactically. Experience in women's health, clinical laboratory settings, or startup environments is a plus. You must be self-motivated, results-oriented, understand HIPAA compliance, and align with BillionToOne's mission-driven culture.
