BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics. As a Prenatal Account Executive based in Miami, you will drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen—a single-gene NIPT with carrier and aneuploidy screening—across OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) practices, genetic counselors, hospital systems, and federally qualified health centers in your territory.
You will own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting and qualifying new accounts, building relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers, delivering clinical education to physicians and patients, and executing a strategic growth plan for your region. This is a field sales role reporting to a Regional Manager—Prenatal, with significant influence over how the product is positioned and evolved based on market feedback.
Key responsibilities include increasing test utilization through direct outreach, identifying commercial opportunities in women's health settings, managing key relationships, attending industry conferences and tradeshows, and coordinating logistics and problem-solving with healthcare providers and internal teams.
You will need a minimum of three years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on providers. A strong track record of closing deals, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to assess customer needs through consultative selling are essential. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable working independently in a startup environment, and knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance and patient privacy ethics.
Nice-to-haves include startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or an existing book of business you can bring to the role.
