BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics. As a Prenatal Account Executive covering Southern Indiana (Evansville and Bloomington), you will drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen—the first and only single-gene NIPT with carrier and aneuploidy screening—among OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, genetic counselors, and health systems.
You will own a territory-based field sales role reporting to a Regional Manager. Your responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business with individual practices and hospital systems; building relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers; developing and executing a strategic business plan to grow utilization; managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through close; and representing the product at local conferences and networking events.
You will serve as a clinical information bridge between external clients and internal teams, influencing how the test is communicated to physicians and patients, and providing feedback on product evolution to meet market needs.
Required: minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling directly on providers in your territory. You must demonstrate a proven sales track record, strong presentation and listening skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently with urgency and focus on closing business. HIPAA knowledge and understanding of patient privacy are essential. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment.
Nice-to-haves include startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or an existing book of business you can bring to the role.
