As a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Financial Services, you will join the Customer Success organization's pre-sales team, working alongside Account Executives to drive new business revenue through product evaluations and client engagement. You will serve as a trusted partner to prospective clients in the financial services sector, specifically targeting Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and drive new business revenue growth
- Conducting targeted discovery into clients' research workflows and pain points to help them leverage AlphaSense for bespoke use cases
- Engaging directly with investment professionals at all levels to understand their challenges and build strong rapport as a credible domain and product expert
- Translating client feedback into product and content improvement requests for internal teams
- Developing and curating financial services use cases as AlphaSense's capabilities evolve
You bring 2+ years of experience in a Financial Services role or supporting Financial Services clients in fintech/SaaS, with exposure to workflows in at least one of the target verticals. You are fluent in both German and English (business proficiency required). You demonstrate curiosity about generative AI's transformative potential in financial services, possess strong executive presence and presentation skills, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You are a systems thinker with proven ability to solve complex problems and drive continuous process improvement.
