You will join the Pre-Sales team as a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Financial Services, working closely with Account Executives to drive new business revenue through product evaluations and client engagement. Your primary responsibility is to bridge AlphaSense's technology capabilities with the domain-specific needs and workflows of prospects in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with GTM teams to run seamless product evaluations; conducting targeted discovery into clients' research workflows and pain points to uncover tailored use cases; engaging directly with investment professionals at all levels to understand their challenges and establish yourself as a credible domain and product expert; and translating client feedback into product and content improvement requests for internal teams.
You bring 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or directly supporting Financial Services clients in fintech/SaaS, with exposure to workflows in at least one of the target verticals. You demonstrate genuine curiosity about generative AI's transformative potential in financial services, possess strong executive presence and presentation skills, and can engage stakeholders at all levels with credibility and trust. You are a systems thinker with an ambition to improve processes and thrive in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments.
