Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Practice Manager for Technical Design to lead the Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. This role manages a technical team of 10+ consultants responsible for technical design, coding, and delivery of RTSM projects that help life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster.
You will lead and mentor a growing team of individual contributors, setting coding best practices, establishing code libraries, and ensuring standardization across projects. Key responsibilities include managing multiple key initiatives, project managing complex deliverables, and serving as the quarterback for internal processes to ensure scalability and product quality. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization, support team members and customers on calls and meetings, and drive hiring to build an excellent technical team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical design experience and 5+ years of coding/leadership experience, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You must be proficient in MSSQL and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with coding library implementation, customer standards, and RTSM is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Travel is minimal (less than 10%).
