MineOS is seeking a Post-Sales Solution Engineer to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our AI-powered privacy and security platform for enterprise customers. In this role, you'll work closely with customers post-sale to understand their compliance and data privacy needs, configure our platform to meet their requirements, and provide technical guidance throughout their journey.
You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them maximize value from MineOS. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical onboarding sessions, troubleshooting integration issues, developing custom solutions within our platform, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. You'll collaborate with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen with experience in SaaS implementations, data privacy/security concepts, or compliance frameworks. You should be comfortable with APIs, databases, and technical documentation. Excellent communication skills are essential—you'll need to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Experience with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) or security platforms is a plus.
