The Account Manager role is part of a pooled team structure in Stockholm, where you'll manage relationships with mid-sized, fast-growth merchants across multiple industries and channels.
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with other Account Managers on a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on customer relationship development, commercial growth, and churn reduction. Key responsibilities include driving commercial discussions to meet strategic and financial targets, managing short and long-term projects across multiple accounts, and serving as an internal feedback loop for customer needs.
You'll need strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, with comfort in spreadsheet analysis and technical discussions about payments infrastructure. The role emphasizes efficiency, proactivity, and cross-functional collaboration with internal support teams.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of full-time experience in a client-facing commercial role such as account management, consulting, or payments industry work. Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services is a bonus. You must have full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English (additional languages are valued). The position is based in Stockholm with a hybrid workplace model that values in-person collaboration. Some domestic and international travel is required.
