As Platform Engineer for Revenue Operations, you will own the systems backbone and data infrastructure of the revenue organization. This role combines two core crafts: (i) building production code, designing data models, and shipping AI-enabled internal tooling, and (ii) hands-on CRM administration to keep HubSpot clean, well-governed, and optimized for rep experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the revenue data warehouse consolidating CRM, product usage, and billing data (schema design, data modeling, pipeline orchestration, performance)
- Running and evolving 80+ production services covering churn-signal syncs, account scoring, enrichment, and reporting with monitoring and incident response
- Building and extending AI agent infrastructure for automating recurring RevOps and GTM work
- Designing and maintaining integrations between HubSpot, product database, billing, enrichment tools, and analytics layer
- Administering HubSpot Sales CRM: object/field architecture, permissions, workflows, and governance
- Owning CRM field cleanup, deduplication, and data governance at scale
- Optimizing HubSpot for rep experience through views, workflows, and automations
- Setting technical direction for the data and AI infrastructure estate
You will report to the Director of Revenue Engineering (under VP of Revenue Operations) and partner closely with Sales, CS, SDR, RevOps, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams. The role is based in San Francisco with hybrid work (3 days in-office: Mon, Tues, Thurs) and occasional travel for team events.
