We are seeking an experienced Placements Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience placing insurance risks for small to mid-market businesses. You will be responsible for developing tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines, including Cyber Liability, Professional Liability (E&O), Management Liability (D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary), and Commercial coverage (GL, BOP, etc.).
In this role, you will work closely with underwriters to secure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients, manage the placement process from quote through bind, and serve as a trusted advisor to growing companies navigating complex risk landscapes. You'll be part of a dynamic, client-focused team that values transparency, integrity, and operational excellence.
Vouch operates with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) to foster collaboration and team building. The company is the preferred insurance provider to customers of Y Combinator, Brex, Carta, and WeWork, and is backed by world-class investors.
