Tia is building an integrated women's healthcare platform that combines primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings. The company operates Series B-funded clinics in major markets and is seeking a board-certified physician to deliver comprehensive primary care at its SoHo clinic in Manhattan. In this role, you will provide full-spectrum primary care for women, including preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, basic dermatology, STI screening, UTI and vaginal infection care, pelvic pain management, abnormal bleeding evaluation, and birth control counseling. You'll work within an interdisciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners, acupuncture providers, and support staff, serving as a collaborating physician for Tia's New York nurse practitioners. Key responsibilities include delivering patient-centered, affirming care using shared decision-making; collaborating closely with the care team on clinical teaching and case collaboration; supporting clinical feedback to technology teams to improve patient care tools; and staying current on evidence-based practices. The role offers protected time for documentation and care coordination, AI-supported charting to reduce administrative burden, and the opportunity to shape a new model for women's healthcare. You must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active, unrestricted New York medical license and at least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience, including routine gynecology and women's health. You should be comfortable with the full breadth of primary care services listed above and eligible for credentialing with Tia's academic partners. Tia offers competitive compensation ($245,000–$280,000 base), quarterly performance bonuses (10% target), equity grants, comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, CME stipends, and a thoughtfully designed clinic environment in a prime location.
