Tia is building an integrated women's healthcare platform combining primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings. The company operates Series B-funded clinics in New York, including locations in Williamsburg and SoHo. As a Physician in Primary Care & Women's Health, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to women at Tia's Williamsburg clinic. Your responsibilities include providing full-spectrum primary care encompassing preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management. You'll manage a broad range of clinical needs including routine gynecology, STI screening, UTI and vaginal infection care, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, birth control counseling, basic dermatology, hypertension, and diabetes management. You'll be a key member of an interdisciplinary care team that includes nurse practitioners, acupuncture providers, and support staff. A significant part of your role involves serving as a collaborating physician for Tia's New York nurse practitioners and supporting clinical teaching and case collaboration across the team. You'll also partner with Tia's technology teams, providing clinical feedback and insights to help shape the tools and products used in patient care. The role emphasizes work-life balance with built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration. Tia provides AI-supported documentation tools to reduce charting burden and offers beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locations. You'll have the opportunity to shape a new model for women's healthcare while staying current on evidence-based practices. Required qualifications include board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active, unrestricted New York medical license. You must have 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience including routine gynecology and women's health care, and be willing and eligible for credentialing with Tia's academic partners.
