Abridge is seeking an experienced Physician Executive to join the Solution Design organization as a strategic commercial partner. This role bridges clinical practice and technology implementation, serving as the clinical voice and advocate during customer interactions with health systems.
You will provide expert clinical insights supporting sales and partner success teams, demonstrating how Abridge's ambient AI solutions enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes. You'll partner closely with commercial teams during demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements with senior clinical and executive leadership, providing clinical credibility and subject matter expertise.
Key responsibilities include acting as the "boots on the ground" voice of clinicians, engaging directly with prospective and current customers to articulate clinical value and facilitate adoption. You'll establish a solution feedback loop, regularly providing insights from prospect interactions to product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements aligned with clinical needs. You'll represent Abridge at industry conferences, webinars, and events as a clinical thought leader, and serve as the product expert for the commercial team, collaborating with Product to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution capabilities.
Required qualifications include significant experience as a Registered Nurse (ideally acute care, critical care, or med-surg background) and proven track record in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive. You must demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, executive presence when engaging senior leaders (CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs), and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to evaluate clinical workflows and translate requirements into technological solutions are essential.
Bonus experience includes clinical success, implementation leadership, clinical analytics roles within major health systems or healthcare technology companies like Epic, and demonstrated ability to manage teams or complex projects in healthcare quality, analytics, and informatics initiatives.
Note: This role requires 30-50% travel.
