As a Physical POS Risk Operations Specialist, you will manage operational processes for physical point-of-sale systems, overseeing activation and go-live activities. You will coordinate with customers, merchants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across the POS network. Your responsibilities include tracking operational issues, taking necessary corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably experience in POS, operations, customer service, or onboarding in the payments or financial services sector
- Basic knowledge of physical POS processes and payment systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and task management skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously
- Collaborative approach to working with different teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined approach to work
