Blockchain.com, a leading global cryptocurrency platform with 90+ million wallet holders, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist focused on mobile user acquisition. This is a hands-on, data-driven role reporting to the marketing leadership team.
You will own the mobile user acquisition (UA) strategy, driving aggressive ROAS optimization across paid channels. Key responsibilities include:
• Campaign creation, optimization, and scaling across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging channels
• Relentless focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and hitting efficient mobile user acquisition targets
• Expert management of AppsFlyer (Mobile Measurement Partner) to ensure data integrity and accurate attribution
• Creative direction: briefing design/creative teams, generating and validating ad copy and video scripts
• Leveraging AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
• Deep expertise in mobile ad fraud detection (click injection, SDK spoofing) and prevention
• Self-serve data analysis using SQL, Looker, and Tableau to reduce dependency on analytics teams
Required qualifications:
• 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing with specific focus on Mobile App Growth (UA)
• Expert-level proficiency with AppsFlyer
• Proven track record optimizing campaigns for ROAS
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $300k
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok campaigns
• Fluent professional and technical English
• Background in Crypto, Fintech, or Gaming industries
Nice to have: Familiarity with cryptocurrency marketing products.
The role is based in the Paris office with mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Limited remote flexibility available (up to 20 days/year globally).
