Corgi Insurance is building AI-powered financial infrastructure for the next generation of insurance. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own and optimize Corgi's paid advertising engine, managing the full campaign lifecycle from creation through scaling.
You will be responsible for day-to-day performance and creative development of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in ad platform management, campaign optimization, creative design, and data analysis.
Key responsibilities include: managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms; monitoring performance metrics including conversion rates, cost per lead, and acquisition performance; developing and testing new ad concepts, messaging, and creative approaches; designing advertisements and marketing creative yourself; creating A/B testing programs to systematically test different hooks, headlines, visuals, and calls to action; identifying underperforming campaigns and diagnosing root causes; scaling high-performing creative; tracking performance and maintaining clear reporting; analyzing lead quality alongside volume; and staying current on advertising platform changes and best practices.
You should have experience running or optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns, strong analytical instincts, A/B testing experience, and proficiency with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. You need strong visual and design instincts with the ability to create and iterate on advertising creative yourself. A highly iterative mindset is essential—you should naturally want to test variations and optimize based on data.
Ideal candidates can work in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva; edit short-form video; build landing pages; understand attribution and conversion tracking; work with pixels, events, UTMs, and analytics platforms; and have experience with financial services, insurance, or performance-driven businesses.
This role is specifically NOT influencer marketing, community management, PR, brand partnerships, or primarily organic social media. You will have significant ownership over a critical business function with minimal corporate hierarchy between you and results. If you have an idea, you can test it. If something works, you can scale it.
