Corgi Insurance is building AI-powered financial infrastructure for the next generation of insurance. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own and optimize Corgi's paid advertising engine, managing the full campaign lifecycle from creation through scaling.
You will be responsible for day-to-day performance and creative development of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in ad platform management, campaign optimization, creative design, and data analysis.
Key responsibilities include: managing and optimizing paid campaigns; monitoring performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion rates, and acquisition performance; developing and testing new ad concepts, messaging, and creative formats; designing advertisements yourself rather than relying solely on external designers; creating A/B testing programs; analyzing lead quality and campaign performance data; identifying underperforming campaigns and diagnosing issues; scaling high-performing creative; researching competitor advertising and trends; and coordinating with outside vendors when specialized expertise is needed.
You should have experience running or optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns, strong analytical instincts, A/B testing experience, and proficiency with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. You need strong visual and design instincts with the ability to create and iterate on advertising creative yourself. A highly iterative mindset is essential—you should naturally want to test and optimize continuously.
Ideal candidates also have experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), short-form video editing, landing page building, basic attribution and conversion tracking, direct-response advertising, and experience in financial services, insurance, or technology sectors.
This role is specifically for owned paid acquisition performance and creative optimization—not influencer marketing, community management, PR, brand partnerships, or organic social media. You will have significant ownership over a critical business function with direct impact on results. There is no large marketing department or rigid structure between you and outcomes. If you have an idea, you can test it; if something works, you can scale it.
