Carmoola is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing car finance in the UK. Since launch, they've raised over £540m from top-tier investors and helped 20,000+ customers access car finance through a seamless digital experience. Ranked #66 in the 2026 Sifted 100 for fastest-growing UK & Ireland startups by revenue growth (2nd year running), they're expanding their performance marketing capabilities. You'll join as Performance Marketing Manager with a core focus on Paid Social, driving execution across their most important growth engines. This is a hands-on role where you'll launch and optimize high-quality campaigns across Meta and Paid Search, supporting the entire customer funnel. You'll work closely with channel owners, creative, analytics, and product teams to scale what works and learn quickly from what doesn't. Key responsibilities include: launching and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Paid Search with accuracy and best-practice execution; supporting a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies; building and refining campaign setups, tracking, and targeting; monitoring daily performance and spotting trends early; transforming insights into actionable optimizations; documenting learnings to develop channel playbooks; and potentially owning CRM execution end-to-end (building segments, scheduling sends, ensuring timely customer communication). You'll need 4-7 years of cross-channel marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in at least one channel. You're obsessed with experimentation, numbers, and growth. You're comfortable getting hands-on with platforms (Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM systems) and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can test constantly, iterate relentlessly, and push for better results. You're structured, organized, and detail-oriented—the kind of person who loves turning insights into action. The role offers competitive salary (£60-75k), 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus a birthday day off, hybrid working (3 days/week in Primrose Hill office), and genuine room to grow by owning a core area of performance marketing and unlocking new growth opportunities.
